Trading of farmed fish in the Municipality of Ajuricaba, Rio Grande do Sul
Abstract
The objective of this article is to analyze the trading of farmed fish from the city of Ajuricaba, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. In ordcr to study commercial rclations, fish farmers, wholesalcrs and buycrs have answcrcd a scmi-structured qucstionnaire. As starting points, this study uses knowledge about the productive potential of crawls and the proof of non- fultilment of contracts, cspecially regarding the item related to fish supply. Next, suggestions to perfect thc trading process are offercd, based on ali thc data gathered in the research.
